Please disconnect

from all your smart devices (phones, watches, etc.) and leave them in your cubby. Make sure they are silenced. 

Focus

on YOU, the instructor, your breathing, your alignment and the movement at hand. Talking during class is a distraction for others and for the instructor.

Be respectful

to the instructor and to others by canceling your spot in class or on the waiting list as soon as you know you cannot make it.

Get barefoot

for pilates. Leave your shoes in your cubby. Grab a roller and give your feet some TLC before class or your private session.

Bring studio shoes

Place your outside shoes in a cubby and grab a roller for your feet before you put on your studio shoes.

Arrival

We suggest arriving 5 minutes early to your class or session. 

What to wear

Exercise or workout apparel is appropriate to wear to class or your individual session. For Pilates we prefer to work barefoot, so you will not be needing shoes. For any Functional classes please bring a pair of studio shoes. No outside shoes.
