“My hope and purpose for Embody is to create a space that connects people not only to themselves and body but also to a community that supports and builds them up. I firmly believe in the power of movement and helping people find a stronger, more capable version of themselves.
I bring 20+ years of teaching experience. I have a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University. I also hold certifications from ACE as a Nutrition Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Sports Performance Specialist. I am Faculty with Rebel Pilates Collective, where I teach the comprehensive teacher training program and an Anatomy workshop.”

“I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer 10 years and counting. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years working as a manager and trainer at multiple studios throughout Metro Detroit! I have backgrounds in Strength Training, Cardio, HIIT, Pilates, Kickboxing, Barre, and TRX. I love to combine a little bit of everything into my classes to keep them fun and fresh!
